Here's a step-by-step explanation of the reservation process:

Fill out the Contact Form.

Confirm your Reservation.
We'll get an official invoice your way soon, which will include a detailed itinerary and serve as your affidavit for the "Support for Cuban People" travel category.
To lock in your reservation, we need a 25% deposit on the tour package price.
You can pay the deposit in USD to our US bank account via AHC transfer, Zelle, or Venmo. If you prefer to use a credit card, we accept those through PayPal, but there's a 3.5% processing fee.

We will obtain and send the E-visa to you via email.
Then, a few days prior to your departure, we will provide you with all essential information necessary for your trip, including instructions for the DViajeros Form, which is a required document that facilitates the customs and immigration process in Cuba.
