Day 1 -
Welcome to Havana

Arrival at Havana Airport.
Your personal tour guide will be waiting at the terminal exit to pick you up and assist you for the rest of the tour.

Private transfer to your accommodation.

Check-in and free time to freshen up and get comfortable.

Enjoy a walk around to get familiar with the area.
Your guide will show you the principal points of interest and suggest you some great cafes, live music bars and restaurants where you can enjoy your free time.

Day 2 - Soroa & Las Terrazas

Two stunning destinations in Cuba that showcase the island’s natural beauty, rich biodiversity, and commitment to sustainable living. Ideal for nature enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and those looking to experience authentic Cuban culture, these locations offer a plethora of activities and sights that are sure to leave you captivated.

Transfer to Pinar del Rio Province.

Las Terrazas Complex  & San Juan River.
Visit Las Terrazas, a tourist complex with outdoor activities like boat rides on the lake, horseback riding, zipline, hiking paths, and picnic areas. The town, also called Las Terrazas, was the birthplace of one of the most famous Cuban singers and composers: Polo Montañez. You can visit his former house, nowadays working as a museum, and there are also some local artshops in the area.

Soroa Natural Park & Waterfall.
This beautiful park is located in the Guanahacabibes Mountains, a World Biosphere Reserve. This is one of the most beautiful ecosystems in Cuba, famous for the variety and good conservation of its flora and fauna. You can visit the Orchids Garden, hike to Soroa’s viewpoint, and swim to a beautiful waterfall known as The Cuban Rainbow.

Transfer to Vinales and check-in at the Colonial House.

Vinales Town walking tour.
Declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO in 1999, Viñales is a beautiful villa in a valley surrounded by mountains and with a lifestyle mainly rural. Take a short walk around the town center to get familiar with the area, the good places to eat and drink, see the main plaza with the church, and the Historic Museum of Viñales.

Day 3 - Cayo Jutias Beach & Saint Thomas Cave

A Nature Lover's Paradise of Beach, Hiking and Caving!

Breakfast at the accommodation.

Transfer to Cayo Jutias.

Saint Thomas Caves - (Free optional stop along the way).
Explore the largest cave system in Cuba and the second largest in America, with three underground levels.

A professional guide will take you inside the cave for an exciting hike.
You will be provided with all the necessary equipment, like lanterns and helmets.

Cayo Jutias & Starfish Beach.
Cuba's "most discovered 'undiscovered' beach," according to Lonely Planet. Cayo Jutias is known for its untouched natural beauty, featuring powdery white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters  filled with an abundance of starfish  and a serene, tranquil atmosphere.
The area is part of the Guanahacabibes Peninsula Biosphere Reserve, making it a haven for nature enthusiasts.
Visitors can enjoy activities like swimming, snorkeling, and sunbathing while admiring the stunning coastal scenery. Its remote location ensures a peaceful escape, perfect for those seeking a quiet retreat surrounded by pristine Caribbean landscapes.

Transfer back to Vinales.

Day 4 - Vinales Valley

The valley is famous for its lush tobacco fields, traditional rural farms and unique geological formations, including limestone mogotes. Rich in cultural heritage, Viñales offers visitors a glimpse of Cuba's rural life and the craftsmanship behind its renowned cigars.

Los Jazmines Hotel Viewpoint.
Conveniently situated just a few minutes from the town center, its the best possible spot to have a beautiful view of the valley and its distinctive "mogotes" (limestone monolyths) rising above the lush tobacco fields and coffee plantations.

Tobacco Farm and Plantations.
The economy of Viñales is predominantly based on the tobacco plantations, and alongside with Pinar del Rio city, is renowned as the source of most of the finest tobacco leaves and cigars in the world. 

During your visit to a tobacco farm, a farmer will teach you the whole process, from sowing the tobacco seeds to the art of rolling handmade cigars. As part of this experience, the farm will graciously offer you one of their cigars to smoke and enjoy.

Horseback or Horse-drawn cart ride in the Valley.
Have a horseback or a horse-drawn cart ride to visit another farm that produces local rum, honey, and coffee.

This is the perfect opportunity to discover other handcrafted products that are characteristic of Viñales Valley. 

Optional Farm to Table Lunch.
Don't loose the opportunity to try the typical farm-to-table meal of Viñales! Vegetables, fruits, and creole food, all served fresh on the table.

Indio Cave & Prehistoric Wall.
Visit the "Cueva del Indio" , an ancient cave where indigenous communities settled centuries ago, with the arrival of the Spaniards to the island. A river flows through the cave, and you can navigate a section of it in a motorboat to appreciate the beauty of this remarkable location.

Finally, you will visit the Mural of Prehistory, a massive artwork which honors the archaeological findings of fosiles in the valley. The mural is represented by these prehistoric animals and the first men to inhabit the island. This is a very nice spot for picnics, capturing photos, and sipping on piña coladas

Not far from the Mural of Prehistory, there's the second largest Canopy Zipline, in Cuba, with a distance of 1000 meters and a height of 35 meters above the ground. This will be an exhilarating way to take in the views of the landscape while enjoying a bit of adventure!

Day 5 - Exploring Havana

Havana, the capital city of Cuba, is known for its rich history, vibrant culture, stunning architecture, music and dance.

City Tour in a classic convertible car.
During this tour, you will have the unique experience of riding in a classic convertible car from the '50s as you delve into both historic landmarks and modern attractions of the city.  Your adventure will begin at the Old Fort known as Morro-Cabaña Castle, a majestic fortress that offers a glimpse into the city's rich colonial history.

Next, you will visit the iconic Christ Statue, which provides stunning panoramic views of Old Havana.
 Take in the sights along the Malecón Promenade, where the ocean waves create a backdrop to the vibrant atmosphere of the city, and as you cruise through the upscale neighborhood of Vedado, you'll witness the elegance and style of high-class living. 

You'll have a stop at the National Hotel, a symbol of historic luxury and mafia affairs in Havana before the Revolution, to appreciate its architectural beauty and storied past.
Continue your journey to the Revolution Square, the historic place where thousands of Cubans, during the first decades of the Revolution, stood for hours listening to the speeches of president Fidel Castro. This is an essential highlight, as it remains a pivotal site in the nation’s history.

When passing in front of Colón Cemetery, prepare to be captivated by its numerous mausoleums and intricate sculptures.
 Lastly, find serenity in the greenery of the Metropolitan Forest, a peaceful oasis amidst the urban buzz. Enjoy every moment of this unforgettable adventure!

Private Old Havana Walking Tour.
In the historic center, designated UNESCO Heritage Site in 1982, you will admire the Four Main Squares: Plaza Vieja, Plaza de San Francisco de Asís, Plaza de Armas, and Plaza de la Catedral. This area is rich in cultural experiences, featuring notable attractions such as museums, art galleries, libraries, parks... 

You will stroll down Obispo Boulevard, where you'll find a variety of local shops and craft markets. Be sure to stop by El Floridita Bar, famously known as Hemingway’s favorite place in the 1920s and currently ranked among the Top 10 Most Famous Bars in the World. 

Other significant sites include the Capitol, Central Park, the Grand Theatre, the Bacardí Building, and the Museum of the Revolution.

Havana Club Rum Museum.
Discover everything about Cuba’s beloved national liquor: the rum.

From the origins of rum history, tracing back to the arrival of the Spaniards in the New World, to the development of the sugarcane industries and how it played a crucial role un the evolution of various types of rum. By hearing the fascinating story about the processes behind this iconic spirit, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the craftsmanship involved in rum production.

We recommend the Buenavista Show as value for money is definitely the best. Anyway, if you prefer to attend the Cabaret Tropicana including Dinner an extra $80 per person should be added to the quote.

Day 6 - Experience Havana

A full day through Art, Culture & Tradition!

Cigar Factory Tour.
You'll have an interesting tour inside one of the most impotant factory in Havana where you will learn the whole process involved  in the production of a cigar.​


Fusterlandia Art Project.
Fusterlandia was established in the 1990s in a small fishing town called Jaimanitas. The artist José Fuster envisioned this vibrant project to improve the town's economy by attracting both national and international tourists. His unique mosaics and painting styles draw inspiration from various artists, notably Picasso and Gaudí, which he developed during his extensive travels across Europe. Over the years, the town gained significant popularity, with even celebrities such as Madonna and Katy Perry visiting and supporting this initiative, solidifying its status as a cultural landmark.

Cojimar Fishermen Village.
You will visit the charming fishermen's town where Hemingway spent many of his days aboard his beloved boat. This picturesque village not only served as a retreat for the author, but also inspired his acclaimed novel “The Old Man and the Sea.” 

Lunch break.

Finca Vigia.
After lunch, you can visit the former residence of Ernest Hemingway, where he lived for over two decades before the Revolution. The property has been turned into a museum and is remarkably well-preserved, showcasing his personal belongings, a vast collection of books, manuscripts, photographs, and trophies from his hunting expeditions, along with all the furniture and decorations just as he left them.

Cannon Shoot Ceremony at El Morro Fortress.
One of the oldest traditions in Cuba is the ceremony of El Cañonazo, a cannon shot that has been happening every day for the last 350 years. Originally meant to be a signal to close the doors of the city wall in order to defend from pirates and bandits, nowadays is a symbolic and impressive performance carried on exactly at 9:00 PM.

Day 7- Bay of Pigs

The bay's combination of natural beauty, historical significance, and vibrant ecosystems attracts both tourists and those interested in Cuba's past.

Transfer to the Bay of Pigs.

Visit a Crocodile Breeding Farm.
A biological station dedicated to the preservation of the Cuban endemic crocodile species. This is going to be an eduactional tour about these fascinating creatures, to learn everything concerning their lifestyle, unique biological features, reproductive characteristics, and diet habits. 

A local guide will share valuable information about the efforts aimed at protecting the crocodile population and its ecological importance for maintaining the balance of the swamp's ecosystem.

Swimming,  snorkeling & optional scuba diving at the Fish Cave.
Next stop will be the Fish Cave, a wonderful "Cenote", ideal for snorkeling and scuba diving. The name "Fish Cave" comes from a natural underwater tunnel that links the sea to the sinkhole, creating a unique submarine habitat.

Here, you can marvel at the abundance of sea life, with numerous species of fish swimming around. Whether you're a seasoned diver or a first-time snorkeler, the Fish Cave offers a fantastic chance to live the beauty of Cuba's aquatic surroundings.

Optional exotic seafood lunch at Paladar Don Alexis.
Don't miss the opportunity to try the exotic delicacies found only at the Bay of Pigs! From excellent fish and seafood options to fresh meats from the local hunting.

Relax, swim and snorkel at Playa Larga Beach.
This is the typical Cuban postcard image: calm clean waters, white sand, palm trees and the exotic vegetal cloak which blanket the surrounding area.

It offers a serene and idyllic escape for those seeking a blend of relaxation, adventure, natural beauty and beach activities.

Playa Giron Museum.
Your last stop will be the Museum of the Bay of Pigs Invasion, located in Playa Girón - the beach where the invasion began. In the museum, you can watch a documentary that oulines the series of events during the battle, and check the exhibition of Soviet artillery and wartanks deployed during the invasion, as well as the American weapons that were confiscated after Cuba's victory.

This museum presents a perspective that is critical of American involvement, reflecting the views of Fidel Castro and the Revolutionary Army. It is advised to approach the exhibits with discretion and understanding the historical context in which they were created.

Day 8 - Zapata Swamp & Natural Parks

This biodiverse area features a mix of mangroves, swamps, and freshwater lakes. It's recognized as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve and is one of the best sites in the world for eco-tourism, providing opportunities for birdwatching, hiking, and exploring its rich natural landscapes and cultural heritage.

Optional - Pink Flamingos Watching Safari at Las Salinas Lagoon (Free).
Very early in the morning, a local tour guide will accompany you as you enter this reserve and head to Las Salinas de Brito, the favorite gathering site for flamingos. Along the way, you'll admire various species of plants, birds, and even wild mammals, all while the tour guide explains everything about them.


Unless you would like to spend an extra half day at the beach we have two spectacular destinations for you to choose:

Day 9 - Exploring Trinidad

Walk around the historic center of Trinidad, also designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 1988. This charming town is a treasure trove of colonial architecture and vibrant culture. 

Your guide will take you to the Three Main Squares: Plaza Carillo, Plaza Mayor, and Plaza de Santa Ana. You can visit several enriching museums around, including the Historical Museum of Trinidad, the Museum of Colonial Architecture, and the Museum of Romantic Arts, and important art galleries like the Handfans Workshop. And for sure, don't miss the opportunity to see the beautiful Church of the Holy Trinity, and swing by the local Beer Brewery for a refreshing ale.

Sugar Mills Valley Tour.
After your lunch you will reach the Sugar Mills Valley (Valle de los Ingenios). Have a stop at Manaca-Iznaga, an ancient sugar mill operating as a museum, to see the remnants of sugar and rum production of the 18th and 19th Centuries.

Even though this factory is not working anymore, it still houses the original tools, pots, and machinery that were used centuries ago to press the sugar cane, process the juice, and obtain the sugar crystals. You will even have the chance to press a sugarcane yourself and taste a real fresh sugarcane juice (guarapo).You can also climb the imposing tower next to the hacienda, which once served to overlook the slaves in the sugarcane fields, to admire what used to be the largest sugarcane valley in Cuba.  

This experience not only connects you to the history of sugar production in Cuba, but also allows you to try the delightful flavors of one of our traditional beverages.


Few hours at Playa Ancón Beach.
Enjoy the rest of the day relaxing at Ancón beach.
If the sky is clear, you will enjoy one of the most beautiful beach sunsets.

Trinidad is  famous for its lively music scene. Check out some of the best venues for live music and dancing, such as La Casa de la Música, El Rincón de la Salsa, La Casa de la Canchánchara, and La Casa de la Trova.

Day 10 - Cienfuegos & Santa Clara

Transfer to Santa Clara.
Santa Clara, Cuba, is a vibrant city with rich historical significance, especially known for its role in the Cuban Revolution.

"Che" Guevara Mausoleum and Monument.
Explore the museum, which features personal items, photographs, and information about Che’s life.

  Pay respects at the final resting place of "Che" and his fellow revolutionaries.

Tren Blindado (Armored Train Monument).
A historic site marking the 1958 battle where Che Guevara’s forces derailed an armored train carrying Batista’s troops.

Transfer to Cienfuegos.
Often referred to as "The Pearl of Cuba", Cienfuegos was designated a UNESCO World Heritage site in 2005  due to its unique blend of architectural styles and historical significance.

Cienfuegos Sightseeing.
 Drive along the city's most important streets and avenues, such as Paseo del Prado, the Malecón, and Punta Gorda. Stop at the Main Square, where you can take memorable photos, stroll through the town center, shop for souvenirs, and explore the local markets. 

Your tour will also include a visit to a Moorish Palace called Palacio del Valle, showcasing exquisite architecture, ornaments, and furnishings that reflect the rich cultural heritage of the region.

This journey through Cienfuegos promises to be an unforgettable experience, filled with beauty and history!
