Here's a step-by-step explanation of the reservation process:

Confirm your Reservation.
Private Tours
We'll send you an official invoice, which will include a detailed itinerary and serve as your affidavit for the "Support for Cuban People" travel category.
To confirm your reservation a
30% deposit is required.
Small Group Tours
A $100 down payment is required to pre-book your spot for the selected Tour and Departure Date.
Once the minimum size is reached you will also get the official invoice and pay the deposit to confirm the booking.
If the minimum group size is not reached, you can choose a different date, opt for a private tour, or receive a $100 refund.
Deposit Payment
You can pay the deposit in USD to our U.S. bank account via ACH transfer, Zelle, or Venmo.
If you prefer to use a credit card, we accept payments through PayPal; however, please note that a 3.5% processing fee applies.

We will get and send the E-visa to you in a PDF file via email.
Then, a few days prior to your departure, we will provide you with all the essential information necessary for your trip, including the instructions for the DViajeros Form, which is a required document that facilitates the customs and immigration process in Cuba.
